Many Years ago, I doubted myself as an event host. I’d walk into rooms, spaces and venues unsure of who I was—and people mirrored that doubt. I remember people used to ask if i was really the MC for the event. And truth is, deep down, I wasn’t sure either. I hadn’t fully owned my energy. I let my size, my uncertainty, and my fear of not “fitting the part” shrink me.
But everything changed when I started believing in the power I carried. I began to walk with purpose, dress the part, speak with conviction—and the world responded. Suddenly, before I even introduced myself, people knew who I was. “You must be the MC,” they’d say.
Here’s the point: the energy you carry starts within. When you recognize the force inside you, the world has no choice but to do the same.
So stop doubting. You are a presence. You are power. Own it—and walk into every room like you were born to be there.
